Details of service

You can send the vacuum pump to us, or send to your nearest Pronotek maintenance center. Upon receipt of your vacuum pump, we will immediately check it and carry out operation test. Then we will dismantle the vacuum pump and check each part of it. We will therefore report all the cases that do not meet the standard requirements, and take it as the basis for us to provide the maintenance advice, and forward a copy to you.

Once you agree to carry out the work we suggest, we will clean all the parts and replace the worn or damaged parts with the original parts. During re-assembly, we will calibrate all parts according to the manufacturer's tolerance requirements.

The assembled device will be fully tested to ensure that it is in optimal working condition. And all test results are archived in the test log. Finally, all the units are repainted. The returned vacuum pumps or the site re-installed vacuum pumps will be the same as the new device, along with complete documentation of all operations and test results.
